Welcome to iGot Receipts™. By accessing or using our mobile application, website, or associated services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Overview
iGot Receipts™ is a Garage OS designed for automotive enthusiasts, offering tools to track maintenance, modifications, tire data, and vehicle documentation — all exportable as proof of care and resale value. The Service is operated by GoTime Motorsports™, a Bespoke Technology Syndicate™ company.
2. Eligibility
To use the Service, you must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction. Use by anyone under the minimum age is strictly prohibited.
3. Account Registration
To access full features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current information and to maintain the security of your account credentials.
4. Beta Disclaimer
This app is currently in Beta Release. You understand and agree that the Service:
May be incomplete or contain bugs
May undergo unannounced updates
May log anonymized usage data to improve features and performance
We make no guarantees of fitness, uptime, or performance during this period.
5. User Content
You may upload or create content including text, photos, receipts, voice notes, VINs, or documents (“User Content”). By submitting this content, you:
Warrant that you own or have rights to use it
Grant iGot Receipts™ a limited, non-exclusive license to display, store, and use it to deliver Service features (e.g., resale exports, PDF generation)
6. App Features
Key tools within the app include:
GarageVerified™: PDF output of maintenance/mod history
Mod Tracker / Maintenance Tracker / Tire Tracker
VIN Decoder Integration
Spotify & Weather API integrations
Golden Hour™ photo planning
Affiliate Storefront with exclusive discounts
Paddock20™ tiered loyalty integration (where available)
We may modify, remove, or add features at any time.
7. Exported Documentation
PDFs and resale-ready reports generated via iGot Receipts™ are intended to help users document their vehicle’s care history. These are not legally binding documents, nor do they replace mechanical inspections or manufacturer warranties.
8. Affiliate Links
The app includes affiliate partner links and storefront access.
We may earn commissions when users purchase through these links
We are not responsible for third-party products, pricing, delivery, or returns
Affiliate discounts are subject to partner terms and may change at any time
9. Paid Services
While iGot Receipts™ offers many free features, some services may be paywalled or restricted to Paddock20™ members or premium users. These may include:
Pro export templates
Private vehicle sharing
Early partner access
White-label licensing
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, especially in cases of:
Policy violations
Abuse of the Service
Fraudulent activity
Sharing of inappropriate or unauthorized content
11. Data & Privacy
All personal data is processed in accordance with our [Privacy Policy]. We do not sell your personal data. We may analyze app usage data in aggregate to improve the Service.
12. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any damages resulting from:

Return & Refund Policy
GoTime Motorsports™ | Effective May 2025
Custom Merchandise (Made-to-Order)
All sales of custom or made-to-order items — including printed apparel, limited drops, personalized products, or concierge-requested inventory — are final and non-refundable. These items are produced specifically for you and cannot be restocked.
Standard Merchandise (Non-Custom)
You may request a return or exchange for eligible products if the following conditions are met:
The item is unused, unopened, and in like-new condition
You initiate the return within 30 days of delivery
You can provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase

Upon approval:
Some items may carry a restocking fee (details will be disclosed prior to return authorization)
You are responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our fulfillment error
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or offer refunds on the following:

Clearance, final sale, or discounted merchandise
Gift cards, digital downloads, or app integrations
Affiliate products (see below)
Products damaged due to customer misuse
Affiliate Product Returns
Many of our store items are fulfilled by third-party affiliates or listed through our partner discount program.
For these products:
We do not control their return policy
We will always do our best to advocate on your behalf
If an affiliate brand denies the return, that decision is final
All affiliate product pages will note the fulfillment brand

iGot Receipts™ – a garage documentation and resale tool
Paddock20™ – a lifestyle access platform with integrated reward logic

1. User Data & Consent
We collect only what’s required to operate the app:
User-submitted content (mod logs, service records, photos)
VIN metadata (only when entered or decoded by user)

No biometric data, no background surveillance, no 3rd-party sales

2. Beta Participation (iGot Receipts™ & Paddock20™)
Both apps may be accessed in beta form prior to public launch. Participants agree to:

3. App Store & Platform Compliance

GDPR, CCPA, and other major privacy frameworks
No user data is ever sold. Affiliate tracking is permission-based and platform-visible.
4. Third-Party Integrations
Both apps rely on trusted integrations, including:
Spotify API (used only when user connects their account)
OpenWeather or equivalent for Golden Hour calculations
Stripe and secure billing gateways for paid memberships
iBigBoi™, Ammo NYC™, and other affiliates for embedded product links
All data use is opt-in and subject to external partner privacy terms.
5. GarageVerified™ & Exported Data
GarageVerified™ packets and resale PDFs are generated with user-provided logs and receipts. We do not verify ownership, vehicle condition, or accuracy of entries.
These documents are for documentation only, not legally binding vehicle history records.
6. iGot Receipts™ + Paddock20™ Are Not Automotive Safety Tools
These apps are informational and experiential in nature.
They are not substitutes for mechanical inspections, safety certifications, or legal documentation required for sale or road registration.

Overview
This Beta Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your participation in early access programs for GoTime Motorsports™, including but not limited to iGot Receipts™ and Paddock20™ platforms. By joining a beta program, you agree to the terms below.
2.
Participation Levels
We offer two levels of beta access:
Beta User
Gains early access to features before public release
May report issues or bugs voluntarily
Receives lifetime access at current beta tier
No formal feedback required
Beta Tester
Gains advanced early access to test builds and unreleased tools
Required to provide structured feedback weekly
Must participate a minimum of 5–10 hours per week
Must maintain an active feedback channel (e.g., Discord, Slack, email)
If minimums are not met, user may be downgraded to Beta User access without notice
3.
Duration & Terms
Beta access begins once you receive login credentials or product license
Access continues until public launch unless otherwise revoked
Your access may be modified or revoked at any time for failure to comply with the participation level you accepted
4.
Confidentiality & Ownership
All unreleased features and tools are confidential
You agree not to share screenshots, files, or experiences publicly without written permission
All feedback, suggestions, or bug reports become the intellectual property of GoTime Motorsports™
5.
Data Handling
All user-submitted data during beta will be treated securely
We may track interaction, feature usage, or behavioral flow to improve the product
Any personal or vehicle data entered will not be used for external marketing or resold
6.
Disclaimers & Limitations
Beta software is offered “as-is” and may be unstable or incomplete
Use of the platform is at your own risk
We are not liable for any loss, damage, or data issues during beta testing
7.
Perks for Participants
Lifetime beta-tier access upon public launch
First access to new features, rewards, or partner benefits
For Beta Testers: priority invite to future hackathons or invite-only partner programs
